Using Timesheet System means agreeing to these terms and the Privacy Policy. A customer company may also have a separate written agreement with us; if so, that agreement prevails.
The customer company's administrators create and manage accounts. Users keep their credentials private and are responsible for activity under their account. Tell us promptly of unauthorised use.
No unlawful use, no attempts to break security or access other companies' data, no uploading malware, no overloading the service, no reselling without agreement.
The customer company owns the data it and its users put in. We use it only to provide the service as the Privacy Policy describes.
A customer company that enables the desktop app is responsible for telling its staff and having a lawful basis to monitor them under the laws that apply to it.
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change or improve features.
Paid plans are billed as agreed with the customer company. Invoices are payable on the terms stated on them.
A company may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On termination the company can ask for an export of its data within 30 days.
The service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees the customer company paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
